A short explanation of the data used to handle requests and measure website traffic.
Forms and customer follow-up
When you submit a form, your name, company, email, WhatsApp number, requirements, selected platform, and consent are stored in Nirmana’s database to handle your request. The team may contact you using your selected method. Demo and free-trial requests may also trigger internal alerts.
Website traffic
The website records page views and anonymous sessions, viewed pages, referral sources, device type, and country when available. Raw IP addresses are not stored. The session cookie lasts 30 minutes, DNT/GPC signals are respected, and traffic data is retained for up to 90 days. Admin pages and trial-access links are excluded.
Demos, planners, and download links
Demos use simulated data and do not access your camera. Configurator selections may be passed to the form through the URL. Opening a trial link and selecting its download button is recorded for follow-up; this does not prove that the file finished downloading or that the software was installed.
External services
Email is sent through iCloud SMTP and alerts may be sent through WhatsApp Web. Download, documentation, and article links may open external services with their own data policies. The website does not install third-party advertising or analytics.
